Terry Estes, J&B Steel Erectors, Inc. provided the keynote address to thirty high school counselors at the 2013 Breakfast & Expo. This event, hosted by the Miami Valley Building Trades Apprenticeship Group and coordinated by AGC staff, is held annually to ensure educators are aware of career opportunities in construction.

Mr. Estes shared his career journey as an Ironworker in Kansas City to his success as a businessman celebrating 29 years with J&B Steel, in Southern Ohio. Terry’s story was delivered with passion, as his love for the Construction Industry was evident.
